A greenfield diamond industrial park line composed of several hundred six-sided top presses. The project scope covered line layout, central hydraulic supply, cooling, power distribution and process transfer, with presses delivered in several batches and commissioned as each workshop was handed over.新建人造金刚石产业园产线，由数百台六面顶压机组成。项目范围涵盖整线布局、集中液压供给、冷却、配电与工艺转移，设备分批交付，并按车间移交节奏分批调试投产。
A cultured diamond producer needed both capacity and grade consistency. Wrought-frame presses were selected for the long holding cycles; cell assembly design and pressure/temperature curves were developed jointly, and operators were trained on recipe management and data export.一家培育钻石生产企业需要同时提升产能与等级一致性。项目选用锻造机架机型以适应长保温周期，双方共同开发腔体组件设计与压力/温度曲线，并对操作人员进行了配方管理与数据导出培训。
Press units shipped in knocked-down assemblies for container transport, then re-assembled and aligned on site by our engineers together with the customer's team. Verification included alignment checks, load tests and a first successful synthesis cycle before handover.压机按可拆装组件发运以适配集装箱运输，由我方工程师与客户团队在现场完成复装与对中。验收包含对中检测、试压以及在移交前完成首个成功合成周期。
A superhard composites plant producing CBN and polycrystalline diamond compacts for cutting and drilling. The line was configured for multi-grade production, with recipes stored separately per product family and inspection equipment supplied for interface quality checks.面向切削与钻探领域的超硬复合片工厂，生产 CBN 与聚晶金刚石复合片。整线按多牌号并行生产配置，配方按产品系列分别存储，并配套供应结合界面质量检测设备。
A materials research laboratory required a wide, freely programmable pressure and temperature window rather than maximum throughput. A mid-size press was configured with custom cell assemblies and full data export, allowing the research team to design their own experimental cycles.材料研究实验室所需的是宽泛可编程的压力温度窗口，而非最大产能。项目配置了中型压机、定制腔体组件与完整数据导出功能，研究团队可自行设计实验周期。
Existing presses in an operating plant were upgraded with new control systems, energy-saving hydraulic stations and additional presses to raise output without building new capacity. Upgrades were scheduled around existing production shifts.对在役产线进行控制系统升级、更换节能液压站并增补压机，在不新建厂房的前提下提升产能。改造按现有生产班次安排施工窗口，尽量减少停机。
