Six-Way Synchronized Pressing六向同步加压技术

Why it mattersPressure uniformity decides crystal quality

The synthesis cell sits at the centre of six anvils. If any anvil advances faster, the pressure field becomes asymmetric: one side of the crystal grows faster, inclusions form and the crystal shape fails. Our system drives all six cylinders from one closed-loop pressure command with individual position feedback, so the anvils stay synchronized through the complete cycle. Design pressure is 110 MPa and rated working pressure 95 MPa per cylinder — the pressure curve is held, not just reached.为何重要

The control platform runs the full synthesis cycle automatically: clamping, pressurisation along a programmed ramp, heating power ramp, multi-day holding, controlled cooling and pressure release. Recipes are stored per product and can be copied across a press bank, which is what makes consistent mass production possible. One operator can supervise multiple machines, and every cycle writes a complete parameter record for traceability.它解决什么

How it lastsFatigue resistance for years of continuous cycles

A six-sided press operates in a punishing cycle: full load, hold, release, repeat — thousands of times a year. Frames are cast in large moulds or forged from high-strength alloy billets, then heat treated to control hardness and toughness together. Critical welds and castings pass ultrasonic inspection, and loaded surfaces are machined to tight tolerance so anvil alignment is maintained over a long service life.如何做到长寿命

Diamond synthesis runs around the clock, so energy is the largest single operating cost after raw materials. We use variable-displacement pumps that supply only the flow the cycle needs, accumulator-assisted fast approach to shorten idle pumping, and an optimised cooling circuit. Compared with a conventional fixed-pump station, comprehensive energy consumption per cycle drops by more than 30%.成本视角

Press hardware sets the ceiling; process parameters decide where you land under it. We support customers with cell assembly design, pressure and temperature curve development, and yield optimisation for gem-grade cultured diamond and high-purity industrial diamond. Heavy machines cannot be fixed by paperwork. Frame machining, heat treatment, inspection and load testing all happen in-house, so problems are found before the press leaves the factory.重型设备无法靠文件解决质量问题。机架加工、热处理、检测与试压均在本厂完成,问题在出厂前被发现,而不是在您的车间里。
