Six-way synchronized pressing inside a sealed cell密闭腔体内的六向同步加压

The six-sided top press is named after its structure: six anvils advance along the six faces of a cubic synthesis cell at the same time. The cell holds the growth assembly — a high-purity graphite source, metal catalyst and diamond seed layer — and a full cycle of about seven days grows a high-quality diamond crystal from it.六面顶压机以结构命名:六个顶锤沿立方体合成腔体的六个面同步推进。腔体内部装填生长组件(高纯石墨碳源、金属触媒与金刚石籽晶层),经过约 7 天的完整周期,生长出高品质金刚石晶体。

What is the difference between a cast and a wrought six-sided top press?铸造六面顶压机与锻造六面顶压机有什么区别?

Cast frames (GY series) are produced in large moulds and cover the GY420–GY1500 range; they are the standard choice for industrial diamond mass production. Typical HPHT growth for high-quality diamond runs about seven days per cycle including pressurisation, heating, growth and controlled cooling.
